Green peas with beef over rice. When I was kid grown up this was one of my favorite dishes. it was about 1.50 for this this.. back in the day. It was ether ground beef or slice beef and sometimes served with a fried egg on top. The sauce is oyster sauce based with some minced onion. Siu Yuk Plating was not my concern with this dish. I was experimenting with a piece of pork belly and trying a different way to get the skin crispy crunchy but not in a way that is a hard bite type.
